like when i when i join a game it doesn't lagg for me or for the other people but when i do some thing it lags for me and them.Also i have all the patches and befor i did i could host stuff with out lag.

Answer by JoshumsBecause you're playing it on a PC, which is always a disaster. Get yourself a PS3 and play games the way they were meant to be
