Q&A: An old horror movie host?

Question by Snails of Fulci's Aenigma: An old horror movie host?
I'm trying to find info on a old horror movie host that hosted horror movies back when. My uncle said he wore a big black hat and black cape and would always go behind the brick wall during the commercials and always try to crash a party of something and would always get his butt kicked. I can't find his name or anything on some like this.
