How to setup forums with webhostingpad hosting?

Hello everyone...

I have a webhosting account with webhostingpad. They offer forum and message board with hosting... and I don't seem to know how to access that feature...

anyone have any idea how to do it?

P.S. I am so bad at web hosting... I can only access the cpanel and upload my site... that is all. So please if you know how could you write a little bit more details? and thanks for any help.
