Question by kelli p: As a web hosting provider can I suspend an account for non payment?
I am also the web designer! The client is not only 4 months late for web hosting dues, he's refusing to pay for recent website updates. I feel bad for suspending the site and hope he doesn't do something over the top like try to sue me

Answer by ColincAs long as you cover yourself by including in the contact the warning that you will cut off service for non payment they can not sue. You
