Question by Johnny: How can I get access to my website files if I can't get a hold of the designer or hosting company!?
I had my site designed by a company 1 year ago and they've been hosting my site for free, but for the last month I can't get a hold of them. I don't know if they went out of business or what. My website is still up and running though. I want to transfer it to another hosting company but I don't have the files for the site!
