Hello. I am going to start creating a personal website. It's going to be some what like http://www.whateverlife.com with the HTML editing and navigation bar. I need to know a good, professional website hoster that is not too expenive. It should be no more than 12 dollars a month. Also, what are some good website editor programs? Lastly, will you include a link to your website that you created with the program or web host?
