Question by rb: Which hosting company would you recommend?
I'm thinking about starting up a website, preferably for web-comics so I'll need a decent amount of bandwidth and storage space.
Which hosting company would you recommend for the best bandwidth/storage to price ratio?
I would program using HTML and CSS.
And a little php.
